Lawn Belt is a DIY sprinkler system that easily assembles without having to dig deep in your lawn or garden area. We sell complete sprinkler system kits with all the fittings you’ll need to get started. The only thing you will need apart from the kit is a flat shovel, 5/16″ boxed wrench and a utility knife.
Below is an overview of the parts that are included in a Lawn Belt kit (only 2 sprinkler heads are shown below) we do ship 2 U fittings and one end fitting to accommodate 3 sprinkler heads plus other parts.
The beginning connections
Installation begins at the hose bib (outdoor faucet) using a 3 foot garden hose and the Lawn Belt conduit. To attach the Lawn Belt system to your hose you will use the supplied connection kit.
First, a female brass fitting is inserted into the 90 degree elbow and the 90 degree elbow then inserts into the converter fitting.
Finally, the converter slides into the Lawn Belt conduit and is sealed with the collar halves.
The connections in the sprinkler zone
50′ of sprinkler conduit is also supplied with each DIY kit. As you install the system, you will cutting Lawn Belt to the length needed.
The Lawn Belt will run from the hose bib to the first sprinkler head in your system. At each sprinkler location you will connect a U-Fitting.
At your last sprinkler head (usually the 3rd head) you will use an End-Fitting to terminate the system.
All of our DIY sprinkler kits contain our proprietary conduit and self draining fittings.
The Lawn Sprinkler Kit can be configured to small lawns or large lawns.
For multiple system hookups we also offer automatic sprinkler timers and manifolds that connect directly to your outdoor faucet. These automatic timers allow your sprinklers to be watered at separate times and prevent pressure loss.
